Research

NDARC is multidisciplinary and collaborates with medical sciences, psychology, social science and other schools of the University of NSW, and with other institutions and individuals in Australia and overseas (see our International Profile page for more details) on a wide range of research projects. NDARC provides a national focus for research in the alcohol and other drugs field.

We have listed our current research projects, including the contact person for the project and their details. Completed projects have also been listed, and contact details have been provided if available.

At any one time, several NDARC research programs (e.g. controlled trials) are seeking individuals interested in participating in counselling, psychological treatment or interviews. Please see our Participation page for further details.

Studying for a postgraduate degree is strongly encouraged at NDARC. Details of NDARC study programs are available here.
