Aims
Design and Method
A comprehensive literature review on the effects of alcohol on family life was provided to the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing in order to inform policy regarding current prevention and management of harms to children and families. The process included database searchers to identify the type and extent of impact, interviews and liaison with major family and cohort research groups in Australia, and identification of biological and environmental risk factors.
