Researcher Development Program - 2009 Placements Appointed
Congratulations to PHReNet members Della Maneze and John Widdup for their success in being appointed to the 2009 Researcher Development Program!
The RDP provides new researchers with the opportunity to develop their skills on research project placements within the UNSW Research Centre for Primary Health Care and Equity (CPHCE).
John Widdup is a Camden based Podiatrist with SSWAHS and Della Maneze, Multicultural health worker in Macarthur with SSWAHS.
Both RDPs will balance their work committments with a 2 day placement at one of our research units. John will be working at CHETRE, Liverpool on the Gudaga birth outcomes project with A / Prof. Elizabeth Comino.
While Della will be based at the GP unit, Fairfield Hospital working with Prof. Siaw - Teng Liaw on the Sydney South West Integration Project.
The RDP program is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing.
