Chronic Disease Self-Management Workshop Slides Available
The presentation slides from the chronic disease self-management workshop held on 16th August are now available.
The Centre for Primary Health Care and Equity held a chronic disease self-management workshop on 16th August. The day included presentations from Prof Mark Harris, Prof Nick Zwar and guest speaker Prof Anne Rogers of the National Primary Care Research and Development Centre in the UK, as well as panel discussions led by Dr Sarah Dennis and Elizabeth Harris.
