Development of the IDRS
Technical Report 292 is a reprinted version of an original report submitted by Dr Grant Wardlaw to the Australian Government Department of Health Ageing. The report reviews methods for monitoring illicit drug trends, and presents important contextual information on the historical origins of the IDRS and its sister project - the EDRS (Ecstasy and Related Drug Reporting System).
