Who can become a member?
Membership of PHReNet - GP is open to GPs, GP registrars, Practice Nurses and staff of Divisions of General Practice and Regional Training Providers interested in collaborating with or taking part in research projects with the University of New South Wales Centre for Primary Health Care and Equity. Membership is at an individual level although members are encouraged to involve other GPs and practice staff in the network.
Why become a member?
Membership provides an opportunity to develop closer links with academics at UNSW.
Becoming a member of PHReNet-GP is a great way to be involved in ‘research that makes a difference’. Membership will give you an opportunity to participate in research of importance and interest to the general practice field. You will also have ‘real world’ input into the future priorities and questions for General Practice research.
How do I participate?
You may be contacted from time to time and invited to participate in CPHCE research projects that correspond with your research and clinical interests. Participation in projects is entirely voluntary and you can choose whether you would like to participate in each project.
