Membership of PHReNet is open to primary health care professional with an interest in research or evaluation: GPs, GP registrars, aboriginal health staff, community and allied health professionals and Division of General Practice staff.
Membership of the network is free and confidential and benefits include:

- Educational resources, including our 1 page summaries of research and evaluation methods series “Research Bites”
- Free introductory workshop training and specialist research and evaluation clinics (eg. Evidence Based Practice Journal club, Writing groups)
- Hands on support and advice with sourcing funding for your research project
- Access to experienced research mentors and potential collaborators
- Opportunities to participate in UNSW led research projects.
- Conjoint appointment with the School of Public Health and Community Medicine, UNSW for active members (this is subject to UNSW approval)
